The Innisfree lipstick claims to have a high gloss finish that adheres to the lips well to express a lovely and moist color. It claims to provide a lot of moisture to relieve dry lips.
The Aritaum tint claims to be a non-sticky tint that is like a liquid. It's also very moisturizing and provides a high pigment.
Innisfree Cream Mellow #4 and #10
I have the shades #4 and #10. #4 is a medium, orange-red shade. This is the type of color that I usually get and is really flattering on Asian skin tones. #10 is a more natural mauve color. This is not the type of color I usually go for, but it's really natural. It's the perfect everyday color.
The formula is really moisturizing and glossy on the lips. It's not a tint though so once it wears off it will be gone completely. Because it's a glossy finish it won't last too long on the lips but they wear off nicely on the lips. They don't cling to dry patches very much but if you have super dry lips like me I would suggest exfoliating before. These are non-sticky and very glossy on the lips which I like.
Aritaum Water Sliding Tint #13 Cosmopolitan
The formula is really watery like the name suggests. I would say it's less creamy and more watery and glossy than the Innisfree lipsticks. It's really pigmented too which I was surprised about. It also doesn't cling to dry parts on your lips but I would also suggest exfoliating before (it never hurts to exfoliate before). Unlike the Aritaum Honey Melting Tints I think the Water Sliding Tint is actually moisturizing and just glides across the lips. I liked this a lot more than the Honey Melting Tints!

Final Thoughts:
If you prefer creamy products or regular lipsticks I would go with the Innisfree Cream Mellow lipsticks and if you prefer liquidy tints or products that wear longer I would go with the Aritaum Water Sliding Tints.
If you prefer matte lip products I would go with neither, but there are a lot of matte products on the market!
