Maybelline Color Tattoo Leather in Creamy Beige
I'm finally back with another review! I've just started college so it's been hard to find time to make reviews. Anyways, I'm back with a review for the new version of Maybelline Color Tattoos.

These versions of the color tattoos promise the same creaseproof formula but also boast a leather like finish to the eyes. It also claims to last 24 hours without fading.
I purchased it for about $6 at Walmart but the price will vary depending on where you purchase it.

Packaging:
It has the same packaging as the original line of color tattoos which includes a glass pot and plastic lid that screws on. The packaging is really good quality and keeps the product from drying out. I have some original color tattoos from one year ago and they're still good and creamy!
Color/Lasting Power/Finish:
Again I have the shade Creamy Beige. I think the shade is more of a taupe shade than a beige shade though. The swatch above was only one sweep across my hand too so the color can definitely be built up to be more opaque.
I've had really good experience with color tattoos and the leather version was no different. I've only tried this one shade but it definitely lives up to the lasting power of the original color tattoos. I have very oily eyelids as some of you may know and this doesn't crease on my eyes at all during the day. Also, like the name for this shade the product feels really creamy and for a cream eyeshadow it's not dry and very blendable on your eyelids.
All of the leather versions of the color tattoos have more of a matte finish so I was looking forward to having a matte cream eyeshadow that I know will have good staying power. When I first tried this product I realized that it wasn't completely matte though. It looks matte in the pot but it has a very, very subtle shimmer once applied. The shimmer isn't very noticeable and the product does gives off a "matte" finish overall. The shimmer isn't detectable unless you look very closely.

Final Thoughts:
I think some version of the Maybelline Color Tattoos are a MUST. They are one of my all time favorite products for an inexpensive price. I will definitely repurchase. I've been waiting for a matte color tattoo for the longest time because if you didn't already know I LOVE matte eyeshadows. I usually only wear matte eyeshadows. I also really love any type of cream product because they're so easy to use. You can use your fingers to apply cream products and it takes like two seconds. The Maybelline Color Tattoos combine all of my loves into this leather formula. It has a matte finish, it's a cream product, and I don't have to worry about it creasing on my oil-slick eyelids.
If you love matte, cream type eyeshadows this is the one for you. They have a lot of shades to choose from as well if you prefer darker colors. If you have really oily eyelids and want something with minimal creasing this is also the product for you.
If you prefer shimmery eyeshadows I recommend the regular Maybelline Color Tattoos, especially the shade Bad to the Bronze. I also recommend the Maybelline Metal Color Tattoos that give a more metallic finish.
If you hate cream products then this may not be for you but I still recommend trying at least one to see because I really believe there's a Color Tattoo shade for anyone.
Overall it's a magnificent product and I recommend everyone to try at least one Maybelline Color Tattoo.
