Yeondukong First Date Box #02 Lively Coral Review
I'm back with another Memebox Review! Sorry there's been so many, I've just been obsessed with Memebox lately! So far all of the Memebox products I've tried have been really great quality and the shipping only takes one day! I swear I'm not being sponsored, my empty wallet can prove it T.T
If you want to know if these products meet my expectations, keep reading!

All of these products can be purchased separately on the Memebox website, but I wanted to try out all of the sticks in the Yeondukong line which is why I got the box set. It is $37 which is a lot cheaper than if I were to buy everything separately. Memebox recently restocked this box so you can still get it if you're interested!
These products are in the XO Memebox line and they were made by the Korean YouTuber, Yeondukong. Here is a video of her using the products in the box.

Easy Brightening and Shading Stick
Let's start out with the Easy Brightening and Shading stick, the two products I was looking forward to the most in this set. These can also be purchased as a set if you just want these two products.
The brightening stick is a cream stick with no shimmer or glitter. It's simply a light skin tone color to brighten areas. If you have really pale skin this could even be used as a foundation or concealer. Comparing the shade to the Dayeong Stick Foundation in #23, this is probably one or two shades lighter. The formula is very creamy and blendable and gives a natural semi-matte finish.
The shading stick is a more neutral brown shade. It also blends very easily and has a natural finish. This product gives a really natural, soft contour so if you're looking for a dramatic contour product, this isn't for you. Once blended, it's very natural and gives a faint shaded appearance. It's perfect for adding a little bit of dimension back to the face after foundation.

Easy Blushing Stick #02 Lively Coral and Highlighting Stick
The blush stick comes in one other shade, #01 Shy Pink. I have the shade #02 Lively Coral which is a really bright coral color. In the range of corals, I would say it leans more pink than orange. The consistency of the product is a little thick for a blush product, but it blends in easily with a brush. It blends out really well to give a semi-matte finish that looks really natural on the skin. It's also really easy to use because you just draw it on where you want the product.
The highlighting stick is in the shade #01 Sheer Gold. Like the name suggests, it's a really sheer highlighter. There's really fine shimmer in it and it doesn't have a lot of color payoff, which makes it a really natural, everyday highlighter. The color is a champagne gold color that is less thick than the blush stick. Once blended out, it's so natural you can hardly tell it's there.

Memebox I'm Eyeshadow #17 Friday Night
This eyeshadow is part of Memebox's makeup range. It's a really nice copper brown shade with fine shimmer. There is a lot of shimmer, but because the particles are so fine it doesn't look overwhelming. I don't have problems with creasing although I do use an eyeshadow primer with it. The color payoff on the eyes isn't strong but it can be built up. Also, if you use your fingers to apply it, the color will be stronger whereas I use a brush for a lighter application.
I'm Lip Crayon #3 Mary Jane and Tony Moly Petite Bunny Gloss Bar #6 Juicy Orange
The box comes with two lip products as well. The Tony Moly Gloss Bar shade is chosen at random so you could get anything from shade #1 to shade #6.
The I'm Lip Crayon is a nice coral color, but the shade leans more on the orange side. It has a really nice creamy texture and has decent pigmentation on the lips. It's not sheer and doesn't have a scent. I don't think this product tints the lips at all either so if you eat this product will fade completely.
The Tony Moly Gloss Bar is a sheer orange color. Like the name suggests, it's semi glossy, but not the the extent of an actual lip gloss. It reminds me of a tinted lip balm. Because of this, the wear time is also not that great because it will fade after a few hours. It also doesn't have a scent.

Final Thoughts:
I'm really happy with this box! I especially love the shading and brightening sticks. They are so easy to use and look very natural on the skin. I think if you're on the fence you should just purchase the set Memebox offers with just the shading and brightening stick. The blush stick is okay, but it's nothing special. I have other blush sticks in my collection that I like more.
I use the shading stick almost everyday because since being at college my face has gotten a little rounder >.< It gives a super natural finish that I love because you can't tell I'm wearing anything!
I also really like the lip products and have been using the gloss bar frequently! It's an effortless product that you don't have to think about which I love.
If you've been wanting to try out shading products, I think this is really perfect because it's so easy to use! If you want something more defined or don't like cream products, these definitely aren't right for you though because everything has a really soft, natural finish.
Overall, I recommend this box set if you have the extra money to spend, otherwise I would just go for the Yeondukong X Memebox Easy Contouring Duo set for $17.
