The Revlon Moisture Stains are still a fairly new product to hit the drugstores. They have been out for a few months now and I've seen them pretty much everywhere now. I bought mine when they first released from Bed, Bath, and Beyond so I've had a few months to really test them out.

They cost approximately $8 depending on where you buy them. There are 12 shades I believe and they range from nudes to bright reds and berry shades.
I purchased two shades: #025 Cannes Crush and #015 Barcelona Nights. Cannes Crush is a really nice peachy, coral color and Barcelona Nights is more of a vibrant, hot pink color. Cannes Crush is not as orange as the picture below would suggest, it's more of a natural coral, peach color. The packaging is really sleek and transparent so the color you see is the actual color of the product. It comes with a teardrop shaped applicator which makes it easy to get the inner corners of your mouth.
I didn't notice a scent from these stains which may be a pro or a con for you. I personally like lip products to have a nice scent but it's better to have no scent than an awful scent in my opinion.

Color/Lasting Power:
As you can see in the pictures above the moisture stains provide a really nice glossy effect. It's not too much but not too little as well. The product builds nicely as well without looking uneven on the lips. When you first apply the product it may look uneven, but once it settles onto the lips it starts to even out. It doesn't settle into the fine lines on your lips and instead creates a really smooth, glossy appearance.
As you can see, the moisture stain does leave a little bit of a stain behind but it definitely won't look as opaque as when you first applied it. This is probably due to the gloss the product gives.
It goes on opaque and glossy and as the gloss wears off throughout the day a nice subtle stain is left behind. I would say the glossiness lasts about 2-3 hours without eating, and the stain lasts for maybe 5-6 hours. I usually apply the product in the morning and don't reapply throughout the day. The stain wears very nicely and evenly unlike many stains that wear off in patches of your lips.
The moisturizing effect this product claims to have only lasts as long as the gloss does in my opinion so for about 3 hours. After the gloss wears away I feel the need to apply lip balm over the stain to keep the moisture.

Pros;
Cons:
- pretty, glossy finish
- stain wears nicely throughout the day
- relatively inexpensive
- nice packaging
- wide variety of colors to choose from
- easy to apply
Cons:
- not as moisturizing as it claims
- no scent
Final Thoughts:
I would definitely recommend this product. I think the finish is very pretty and I love staining products as well because I'm usually too lazy to reapply throughout the day. The colors are really pretty and the formula is very nice and nonsticky as well. It feels very lightweight on the lips. It's also easy to get ahold of because you can buy it at Target, Walmart, etc. for a cheap price.
If you're okay with the gloss fading throughout the day and want a product that is long lasting, I think these will be perfect for you. If you're someone who wants that same level of opaqueness throughout the day these moisture stains might disappoint but they reapply very nicely.
Overall these get a big stamp of approval from me and I really want to try out more colors!
