Etude House Face Conditioning Cream
Hey everyone! I'm back with another review from my Christmas post back in December. I'm trying to upload more frequently so here you go! I've been using this since December and I first decided to purchase it after using a sample I had of this product.

This product contains 75g and has an SPF of 25/ PA++. I got this from jolse.com for around $12. It claims to whiten and have anti-wrinkle ingredients. This product is basically supposed to subtly even out your skin tone while acting as a primer for your face products.
Packaging:
As you can see it comes in a squeeze tube container which makes it really easy to dispense the product. It has a sort of firm container? I'm not sure how to describe it but when you squeeze it, the container will hold those dents instead of going back to normal. It reminds me of a hand cream container, kind of like the L'Occitane hand creams. It's not a bad container but I personally don't like to see all these dents in my tube.
Product:
The product is a thick, white cream. It's kind of like a thicker night moisturizer feel. It's not runny at all which helps to smooth over your skin. I wouldn't say the product is super moisturizing, but it's not drying either. One of my main problems is large pores and this doesn't do much to change the appearance of my pores. Overall it just helps to brighten my complexion and slightly evens my skin tone. I will say though that this always pills on my skin. If I try and blend it out it always forms little balls of product on my skin which is very unflattering. I can wipe them away but it is very inconvenient. I'm not sure if it's just my skin but this has been a concern for me.
It's hard to see in the comparison picture, but you can tell the side with the Conditioning Cream is a lot smoother and brighter. I noticed the pores on my hands were slightly less noticeable and overall my skin looked smoother.
I would say this helps smooth your face before you apply your base makeup so if you have slight dry patches this will help cover those. This product leaves my face with a soft, natural finish. It's not dewy, but it's not matte either. I wouldn't say this really prolongs the staying power of my base makeup though. As a primer it mainly smooths, and slightly helps with pores and skin tone.
Also, because this has SPF 25 you may not need to apply any sunscreen depending on how much sun protection you prefer. Beware of flash photography though because SPF products usually leave a white cast in photos.

Pros:
- inexpensive
- no scent
- smooths skin
- contains SPF
- makes foundation look better
- leaves natural finish
Cons:
- pills on my skin
- doesn't cover pores very well
- very thick texture
- doesn't really prolong the wear of base makeup
Final Thoughts:
Overall I think that this is a good product for people who like natural makeup. If you have good skin this may be enough coverage for you even. You would have to have really good skin though that only needs slight brightening. I don't think I will repurchase this only because I have a lot of primers to finish, and I just ordered the Etude House Face Blur to try out as well. I would recommend people to try this out though!
If you have drier skin and need to smooth slight dry patches I would give this a shot. If you have really dry skin though this may not be enough because it's not super moisturizing. Even if you have oily skin like me I think this will work well. It didn't leave me looking super shiny throughout the day which is good.
I would compare the coverage of this to a CC cream. It gives slightly less coverage than my TonyMoly Pure Aura CC Cream which doesn't have very high coverage. This product isn't meant to replace base makeup though it's only supposed to slightly brighten the skin. When paired with base makeup I really enjoy this product.
Overall this gets a thumbs up from me!
